Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure may be subject to a cancellation fee.
If unforeseen circumstances or emergencies arise and you need to cancel last minute, please notify us as soon as possible.
While we do our best to accommodate, last-minute cancellations may incur a small fee depending on the tour type and arrangements made.
If a guest fails to arrive for a scheduled activity without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show.
In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the full booking amount will be charged.
In rare cases where Simba Tours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen conditions such as bad weather, safety concerns, or operational issues, guests will receive a full refund or may reschedule for another available date — whichever they prefer.
